Museum Kaart and other member/discount cards are not accepted. On site payments with debit cards from several banks showing Maestro logo is possible and payments with credit cards of American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Group tours
For groups of 10 people and more, the entrance fee is € 4,50 per person (adults and children from 12 years), € 2 for children 5-12 years.

Group tours outside opening hours (on request)
Entrance fees € 4,50 per person, regardless of age, with a minimum of € 45, – regardless of the number of visitors. Special arrangement for Haarlem primary schools.

You can come up to the counter and buy tickets for €5 (adults and children 12+ years) or €2,00 but it is possible that you have to wait 45 minutes or more, before you can visit the windmill 12-20 meters higher. For a surcharge € 0,50 per ticket you are assured that you can visit the windmill at your desired day and time.

Please note that windmill (above groundlevel) is not accessible for wheelchairs, and that access for physically impaired people is very hard as the stairs get smaller and steeper as you go up to the 5^th floor.

Children younger than 5 years can stay on the ground level or first floor at no charge, but for safety and evacuation rules we cannot allow these kids to go high in to the windmill. The stairs are very steep, parents need both their hands going up and down the stairs. There is enough entertainment for the kids downstairs.
